I've got three Elite Warrior Tomes and one Scroll of Passage to FoW from W-bosses in Fahranur, The First City (of course not in the single run).

Incorrect, only the low-end bosses have no elite. If Zinjuu Life Crawler had Shield of Regeneration like the rest of his little Mantid Buddies then people wouldn't have to wait until they got to the Altrumm Ruins before they could cap Shield of Regeneration.
